Project Description:

The BPDA is hosting a PublicMeeting for the proposed project at 51 Melcher Street, a project located in the Fort Point neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the overall project and the potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

The Proponent is proposing to redevelop the existing building to be ready to use as lab space, as well as upgrades to the first floor, and public realm.
