Project Description:
The BPDA is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for the 33-39 Ward Street Notice of Project Change located in South Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Notice of Project Change. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.
The proposed Notice of Project Change consists of a change from condominium ownership to rental apartments. In all other respects, the proposed project remains the same and is consistent with the project plan previously approved by the BPDA Board on September 24, 2017.
