PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Planning Department is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for
the proposed project located at 736-742 East Broadway in the
South Boston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting
is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was
filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a
presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The proposed project located at 736-742 East Broadway proposes a
new four-story building to contain 12 dwelling units, with a groundfloor restaurant and six off-street garage parking spaces.
