At the Urban Art Bar

Curious about the local real estate market?  Urban Art Bar (163 Old Colony Ave.) is offering a free and informative mixer where real estate is the topic of discussion.  Whether you are a first time home buyer or looking to sell or buy your fifth investment property, enjoy an evening with Sammy Ilopoulous of Guaranteed Rate, Heather Carbone of Boston Realty Sales & Services and other local real estate professionals and mix and mingle while you learn about the local real estate market.  This event takes place on Monday, March 10th  at 6:30pm.

Urban Art Bar are partnering up with the folks at the Boston Winery (26 Ericsson Street) to bring you a fun night of painting and wine.  For $35 you will get a tour of a working winery,  complimentary pizza and a night of painting.  This event is the first in a new series of events with the Boston Winery that will end with a contest where you have the chance to paint their next bottle label!  This event is $35 and takes place on Thursday, March 6th at 7pm.

The Urban Art Bar is getting in the St. Patrick’s Day spirit!  Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a special brunch on Saturday, March 15th from 11am-2pm.  Enjoy a continental brunch buffet, a complimentary cocktail and of course painting a beautiful masterpiece to take home!  Cost is $45.  This class is popular – so make sure to reserve your spot today!
