Eat:
Kick it old school Southie and have a family dinner. Every Sunday, Barlow’s serves up classic comfort food like roast beef and turkey (Sunday roast choice is rotated weekly). For $18 you get a Sunday supper like mom use to make with soup and salad. Kids are just $9 for a half portion and ice cream for dessert. There is plenty of parking in the A Street area on the weekends so treat yourself to a family meal – all that’s missing is the arguing!
Drink:
Belly up to the bar on Sunday night – after all it is a holiday this Monday – and listen to the music. Every Sunday night, the Playwright (658 East Broadway) has live acoustic country music from 8pm-11pm. A perfect excuse for a night out.

Do you have Pat’s fever? We do! Watch the game Sunday, January 20th at 6:30pm at the Seapoint Restaurant. Order up a Seapoint Sampler fully loaded with the best potato skins, buffalo tenders, and mozzarella sticks. They serve domestic and imported beer by the pitcher too. Plenty of free parking too! Insider’s Tip: Get there early! Thanks to the amount of flat screens TVs and the addition of their new 82 inch flat screen, Seapoint is the perfect spot to watch the Pats.

Stop by and get your blood pressure checked, the flu shot, and find out what your Body Mass Index is. Samples of all-natural and organic foods will be given out too. Sounds like the perfect time of year to get healthy!
