Lincoln (425 West Broadway) is celebrating the snow. They’re opening at 11am today with a full menu and a few snow day additions and specialty cocktails. Put on your boots and pay them a visit.
Drink:
Word on the street is Trillium Brewing’s pot & kettle is the perfect beer for snowy days. this Oatmeal Porter was aged in American Straight Whiskey Casks from Bully Boy Distillery for three months. This beer is only available at Trillium Brewery at 369 Congress. We think it’s a perfect destination for a trip in the snow. Let us know if you try it!
Workout:

Pledge:
Take the Caught in Southie’s Good Neighbor Pledge. Introduce yourself to the people who live next door to you. Help shovel out your neighbor’s car. Clear the sidewalk in front of your house, even though you might just rent an apartment. Shop local. Pick up trash if you see some on the street. Check in on your elderly neighbors – see if they need something at the supermarket. Smile and say good morning. Join your neighborhood civic association and get involved.
Play:
Take the kids or revisit your childhood with a trip to the Pit on Farragut Road near the Murphy Rink. Grab a sled and hit the hill at this old school favorite sledding spot of South Boston. Warm up with some delicious hot chocolate at the Java House at 541 East Broadway.
Watch:
