For the first time this century, fireworks will return to Boston’s waterfront this month. Get ready to be dazzled by fireworks over Boston Harbor on Saturday, August 31st as part of the grand finale of celebrating summer on the waterfront. The fireworks will also kickoff the The Boston Arts Festival – a celebration of performing arts and interactive arts Saturday, August 31st – September 1st.
Located in Christopher Columbus Park, this weekend-long event features over 40 juried artist from Boston exhibiting and selling one-of a-kind paintings, sculpture, ceramics, pottery, jewelry, fine glasswork, woodwork, mixed media, and photography. There will also be performing arts and an interactive arts program.
The fireworks begin at 9pm. Get ready to celebrate!
