Sip, socialize and paint!  For this week only, The Urban Art Bar (709 East Broadway) is offering free classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday!  Just bring in a copy of your September lease and you get a free spot!  What a great way to get to know your new neighbors!

• Limited to people named on the lease
• Anyone else they bring can paint for $25
• Space is limited – first come first serve, please arrive at 6pm
• no reservations, walk in only
