SWTHZ Makes Recovery Social with New “Plus One” Feature

Winter self-care just got a little easier — and more social — at SWTHZ.
The wellness studio has launched a new “Plus One” booking option in the SweatHouz app, making it simple to book recovery sessions with a friend. The new feature encourages shared self-care during the colder months, when many people are feeling the effects of the winter blues.
Heat exposure supports circulation, helps the body feel re-energized, and contributes to overall immune resilience during the winter months. It’s also a simple way to reset after seasonal stress and stay consistent with your wellness routine.
To use the Plus One option, guests just need to download or update the SweatHouz app in the App Store or Google Play.
Because sometimes, the best self-care is bringing a friend along. Then maybe grab some food and drinks post-visit.
