Sweat it Out(doors): Outdoor Workouts to Try

Warmer temps, vitamin D and some fresh air! It’s that time of year, time to get outside and workout! Check back as this running list will be updated!

MyStryde Roof Top Classes + Stroller Bootcamp

MyStryde’s full outdoor schedule has officially started!  Sign ups are live for Saturdays 9am and 10am for a Power X full body classes on the downtown roof deck (They provide weights at mats). You can sign up for virtual or in-person! Also Stroller Bootcamp is back every Tuesday at 9:30am at Medal of Honor Park. Come hit your stryde with your baby! Class is led by Kayla Mehr who is a certified pre and post natal trainer, NASM Personal trainer and most important – a mom! Kayla will lead stroller bootcamp once a week at M. Street Park. Get sweaty, get social and get some fresh air!  New clients – 3 classes for $49.

Regan’s Motivated Fitness Bootcamp

You have two time options for outdoor bootcamp with Motivated Fitness! 6am with Tom Regan and 7:15am with Thomas Regan both at Moakley Park inside the stadium.  Mixing fun + fitness, each bootcamp combines cardio, weights, yoga, and more. May’s bootcamps start on Monday, May 3rd. You can learn more here!

Seaport Sweat

Seaport Sweat Boston’s biggest free workout series, Seaport Sweat, is back for its sixth season with an extended timeline, running from May through October (two extra months to tune in and tone up). This year, the community driven series will offer a variety of new classes and instructors on Seaport Common and streaming on Instagram Live. Learn more here!

SweatFixx Outdoors

SweatFixx Southie offers 45 minute strength workout outdoors!  Bring your own mat & weights as you work through 3 different strength ladders working every muscle in your body! Don’t have weights? Let them know and we can set aside a sanitized pair for you Location: Turf behind Golds Gym (Back parking lot of Sweat Fixx Southie) New client special – 3 Weeks for $30

Eastside Yoga Outdoors

This one hour yoga class takes place at Marine Park near the bandstand.  There are several outdoor classes offered during the week.  You can learn more here! 

Alpha Atleta Bootcamp

Meet each Wednesday at 6:30am at Medal of Honor Park for an hour long bootcamp! Circuit Training, Body Weight Training, Running. You can learn more here! 

Silent Disco with TRILLFIT

Silent Disco with TRILLFIT’s on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays! Crush your cardio goals with TRILLFIT’s explosive Hip-Hop themed Boxing Bootcamp. Build strength, endurance, and speed with a workout that re-styles the TRILLFIT sequence and adds in a one-two punch. No gloves needed. All levels welcome! Bring your own mat**

  • Bring water and sun protection as we will be outside, comfortable shoes and a towel.
  • Silent Disco headphones will be used for music and instructor cues throughout clas
