Summer Street Wellness Pops Up in the Seaport

Big news, workout lovers! Summer Street Wellness is officially popping up in the Seaport starting November 17th, bringing its signature yoga, Pilates, and barre classes to Wave Health & Fitness inside The Seaport Hotel (1 Seaport Lane).
Think of it as Summer Street Wellness… but with a Seaport twist. The space has a different look and feel from the South Boston studio—hello, mirrors—perfect for anyone who loves checking in on their alignment. But don’t worry, it’s still the same instructors, welcoming energy, and feel-good classes that keep you coming back.
Classes will start with a light schedule and gradually ramp up over the coming months, so expect more and more opportunities to flow as the winter rolls in. And because this is a bit of an experiment, the team is asking for feedback—what feels good, what feels off, and how to make the space as cozy and Zen as their original Southie home.
Showers on-site make it easy to get back to work or brunch without skipping a beat, and while mats are available to rent for free, bringing your own is always welcome.
Use code “Seaport11” in a browser to snag your first class for just $11. You can sign up here!Â
