Seaport Sweat For A Cause with Elite Fitness
This Sunday, July 17 (10am-11am) Boston Seaport will host a special Seaport Sweat For A Cause class with Elite Fitness, to help benefit the BCLA-McCormack school in Dorchester.
As Boston Public Schools move to a K-6 and 7-12 model, the McCormack Middle School and Boston Community Leadership Academy High School will merge to call Dorchester’s McCormack building their new home. In order to welcome the students to a space that feels exciting and new, BCLA-McCormack is raising funds to renovate their gym and add a weight room for the incoming high schoolers. Donations can be made here.
Donors who contribute $100 or above will be entered into a raffle to win a variety of prizes from Seaport retailers and restaurants including an Away Carry On, a $500 Tuscan Kitchen gift card and a 15 session training package from Elite Fitness.
About the Class
Justin from Elite Home Fitness will lead a HIIT workout designed to target your aerobic and anaerobic systems simultaneously. This intense workout will not only increase your metabolism and heart rate by working out your cardiovascular system, but it will also help you burn fat, build muscle and increase strength and endurance.
