The Handle Bar’s newest edition, Hot Box, has officially opened its doors! This new and improved studio, located on Dorchester Ave, offers flow, sculpt and strength classes. The sculpt and flow classes are heated with infrared. Some of the benefits of infrared include detoxification, pain relief, reduction of muscle tension, relaxation, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, lowered side effects of diabetes, boosting of the immune system, and lowering of blood pressure!
