We are sad to report that Love Child, Southie’s favorite bottle and bloom shop, will be closing its brick-and-mortar business on August 23rd. But don’t freak out, they will close from August 24th – September 1st to prepare for what’s next! According to an Instagram post, details of what’s on the horizon will be revealed soon.

Hey fam. We’ve got some big news and a whole lot of feelings to go with it.

After five wild, beautiful, gritty years, we’ll be ending our current chapter as a daily brick-and-mortar shop and turning the page to a new beginning.

Our little corner of West Broadway has meant more than we can say. From chatting with regulars to meeting new friends, hosting emerging brands, and curating our shop with local makers and intentional products, it’s been the best kind of adventure.

And while the everyday version of Love Child is coming to an end, the heart of it is very much still here. There’s a lot of power in knowing when something no longer fits and even more in choosing what comes next.
