Lifted Fitness is looking for high school athletes for free program

Attention High School Athletes

Lifted Fitness is  looking for 9 athletes to participate in a strength and conditioning high school pilot program fo’ FREE! These are the requirements:

•Freshman, Sophomore or Junior

•Not participating in a Spring sport, but a Fall and/or Winter sport

•Full commitment Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 3:15 (1 hour long) for this 12 week program
