Patty Martín brings her award-winning services to Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood

BOSTON, MA  – Patty Martín is proud to announce the opening of her second salon, LAMS by LOVE AND MERCY. Located in Boston’s historic artist neighborhood of Fort Point. LAMS by LOVE AND MERCY offers exceptional cut and color services for anyone living, visiting, or working in Fort Point and Seaport. The salon is located at 274 Summer Street, in one of the historic Boston Wharf Company Warehouse buildings and is easily accessible from South Station.

Patty Martín has almost twenty years of experience in the hair and beauty industry and has worked as a stylist and educator throughout New England for the majority of that time. In 2017, Patty opened LOVE AND MERCY Salon in Boston Seaport with a vision to deliver superior services to clients in an environment where guests feel welcome and cared for. The climate of LOVE AND MERCY encouraged stylists to grow to their full potential in a sustainable way.

Passionate about both hair and education, Patty provides high-quality education to stylists so they will become strong assets to LAMS by LOVE AND MERCY.  With a loyal, local customer base and strong social media presence, LAMS stylists have the expertise to carry their current client roster while attracting new patrons from nearby neighborhoods. It is our mission to make the latest, best techniques and trends available to clients. Our team is always refining their skills & furthering their education.

WHAT MAKES LAMS UNIQUE

We wanted to create a space with a similar VIBE but with a modern, transparent concept rather than the traditional salon experience. 

Clients can book with their stylist by sessions rather than services. This means your session includes everything your hair needs in the time frame you book. Each session is custom-tailored to your exact hair needs. Transparent pricing ensures there are no surprises for you at checkout. We never double-book guests. You will receive undivided attention from your stylist throughout your entire reservation.

NO GRATUITY ACCEPTED

Our stylists do not accept gratuity, all of our stylists are compensated appropriately. We are excited to have talented stylists with experience and expertise all in the same space.

SUSTAINABILITY

The salon is a member of Green Circle Salons, the beauty industry’s movement for positive green change. Up to 95% of salon waste is recycled and/or repurposed, keeping it out of landfills and waterways. We are a Davines Concept Salon. Davines makes sustainable and eco-friendly hair care products for all hair types.  Davines is a certified B Corp based on its high environmental and social sustainability standards.
