Hold onto your kettlebell, South Boston’s very own Lifted Fitness + Performance is doubling down with a second location!
A Little about Lifted
For over eight years, Lifted Fitness + Performance has been the go-to spot for strength and conditioning with a commitment to delivering tangible results in a supportive and enjoyable team atmosphere!
In this space, you’ll find coaches who are as light-hearted as they are heavy lifters, creating an atmosphere brimming with hard work, good vibes, and workouts that are as effective as they are enjoyable. From first-timers to seasoned gym goers, Lifted is where everyone gets to know your name, your goals, and probably your favorite cheat meal, too.
So, Where’s the New Spot ???
Don’t worry- their 72 K St location is staying, but Lifted Fitness + Performance is expanding and now hitting Merchants Row in Hanover, MA, with a grand opening of their second location slated for March 2024! The new spot’s GM will be Lifted’s very own coach, Melissa (AKA Mel) Keaney. Mel is a certified women’s fitness specialist & women’s health physician assistant who can be found coaching early morning sessions and even runs a tailored postpartum strength program!
