Set the tone of your Thanksgiving dinner with a table that’s set beautifully. We’re not saying it’s going to make the food taste better but it might. Here are three DIY ideas to try!
Pastel pumpkins and gourds! No need to ditch your mini halloween pumpkins! Grab some pastel colored spray paint and transform your pumpkins into a pretty palette of pinks, mint greens, and sorbet shades. Line the center of your table with them. Add in some tall tapered candles and sprigs of eucalyptus or baby’s breathe – Stapleton’s has plenty on hand!
Nice&Natural! Head to the great outdoors and search for natures gifts to decorate your table! Pick up some pretty red and orange leaves, a sprig of pine or twisty branches to accompany a place card. Use some twine from the hardware store (Economy Hardware on Dorchester St. should have some in stock) to tie up your cloth napkin. You can also use fresh rosemary and thyme or maybe even a fresh cinnamon stick (Stop & Shop has plenty) to decorate your cloth napkins.
