We love Thanksgiving—A day with friends, family, and most importantly, food. Indulge guilt-free after earning your T-Day dinner at one of these workout spots.

The BAC will be open from 7am-12noon – plenty of time to sweat before the big dinner!  There will be four – count ‘em four group exercise classes on Thanksgiving and all areas are covered from the pool to the spin bike.  You can check out their schedule here!

It’s a Strong/Barre combo with Barbara on Thanksgiving morning!  Think high knees, lunges and boxing fused with high energy barre moves with dumbbells.  Have fun toning arms, legs, abs and glutes!  You can sign up here!

An HB Tradition! Tap it back before tapping into the turkey with a 75-minute endurance ride with Jesse.  From 8:30-9:45 AM, jam out in the saddle and burn enough calories to allow for seconds.  Or, clip in for a 45 minute Turkey Pregame ride in Southie at 7:30am.
