Grab your mat, hit the great outdoors, and breath and move!  Here’s the scoop on where you can find outdoor yoga in South Boston.

Beach Yoga:
Easy like Sunday morning.  Enjoy yoga surf-side every Sunday morning from 8:15am-9:15am on Carson Beach at H Street brought to you by East Side Yoga and Fitness.  Make sure to bring a mat, a towel and some water.   Cost is $10 for cash drop in or if your a monthly member you can pre-register: http://www.east-sideyogaandfitness.com/schedule/  

Radiant Yoga Beach Yoga, all summer long!  Join Katie and Chanel at Castle Island for waves, warriors, and the wind on your face!  Yoga classes will be held at Pleasure Bay on Sundays at 9am and 10am, across from the Farragut statue. Happy Hour Yoga:
Raise your glass – it’s happy hour!  Radiant Yoga (516 East Third Street) is hosting a Happy Hour Yoga in the Park – M Street Park.  This event happens every Friday through August from 6:15pm-7:15pm taught by instructor Chanel Luck.  This power hour of yoga will be followed by a free juice tasting by Nourish Your Soul. Yoga in the Park:
Pop-up shops seem to be on trend right now.  Everything from fashion to food have “popped up” at fun locations around Boston so why not yoga, right?  Well, yoga instructors Jenna Hill and Kristin Khederian are hosting weekly summer yoga pop-ups at M Street Park!   Beginning May 29th, you can enjoy hour long yoga classes from 6:15pm to 7:15pm on Mondays and Fridays.  
This vinyasa class promises to offer a dynamic, fun flow, that will energize! Expect to meet some new people and have a lot of fun!  Class is $5. Please bring cash payment (small bills preferred) with you to class as well as a yoga mat. Jenna and Kristin have some exciting things planned for the coming Summer months, like Yoga at Castle Island, so stay tuned for more “popup” style classes coming your way including classes at Harpoon Brewery, Grand Ten Distillery and Bully Boy Distillery!  We do like some booze with our yoga! 

Island Yoga:
