More than a hundred people showed up at M street beach on Wednesday night to support Pete Frates and once again dump ice over their heads for charity.

Pete and his wife Julie, who used to live in Southie, were able to make it to the beach to witness the community event on behalf of ALS and #FrateTrain.

The participants continued on to STATS, The Lincoln, LOCO and The Junction which were all offering drink specials and food, and donating part of the proceeds to ALS research.

There is no cure for ALS. Take a minute, challenge someone, donate a few bucks. All for a good cause.  Visit: http://petefrates.com
