We’re all going to be bombarded over this month with ads for health improvements, weight loss tips, and reasons we should all be “detoxing.”
The good thing about this time of year is that there is a healthy buzz in the air, potentially prompting all of us to put ourselves under a microscope. Should I start a juice cleanse? Should I try a Barre class? Should I be taking a fish oil supplement? Maybe you received some new workout clothes or a fun, new gadget for the kitchen and there’s a new recipe you want to try.
Our advice…Go easy on yourself! BUT take the time to look at your habits. Is there room for improvement? A “healthier you” could mean a lot of things…achieving more sleep, reducing alcohol intake, setting aside more time to relax, bringing in your lunch from home more, taking the stairs more, etc. Don’t feel like it has to be extreme. Small changes can add up over time and yield great results!
