For young Southie workout enthusiasts! 

Ripped By Regan a free bootcamp for young adults on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the fall at the Curley Community Center (M Street side). This non-nonsense down and dirty workout is taught by none other than Thomas Regan of Regan’s Motivated Fitness.  4-5pm (for 10-14yr olds) or 5-6pm (for 15yr olds and up)!  Just show up! 

Thanks to the South Boston Leadership Initiative this program is  FREE for all South Boston residents!
