What started as a great way to stay in shape, quickly transformed into personal journey to raise money for cancer. For the past several months, Kate Gregory been training to Haymakers for Hope in memory of a close friend’s mom who died from bladder cancer.
Along with three other competitors from
from Peter Welch’s Gym in Southie, Kate (the only female from Peter Welch’s) will jump in the ring at Haymakers for Hope a boxing competition that raises funds for The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute on May 15th at the House of Blues.
