Special Workshop this weekend!
Ever wonder what chaturanga is or how many warriors there are? Join Jessi on October 18th at 1pm for a Back to Basics: Vinyasa workshop that will break down the basic elements of key yoga poses like Down Dog, Up Dog, Warrior Series, and breathing techniques to add to your practice. We will explore the fundamentals of the Vinyasa style of yoga, a practice that links breath with movement, so that you can practice safe alignment in all classes at East Side Yoga & Fitness. This workshop is for great for both newbies to the yoga scene and seasoned practitioners who want to refine their practice. Come with questions, water, towel and a smile!
