Swimsuit season is right around the corner.  After a long winter of comfort food and camouflaging sweaters, it’s time to get in summer shape.  East Side Yoga and Fitness kicks off a new session on Monday May 4th!  The bootcamp will run on Monday and Thursday’s from 5:45am – 6:45am.  Most classes will take place on Moakley field and cost per class is $10 for monthly members and $18 for drop-ins. To sign up for a classes go to east-sideyogaandfitness.com or sign up through Mindbody.

Classes will be taught by Laura Greichen who is an ACE certified fitness trainer and ran her own bootcamp in southie last year. Whether the class includes bleachers, hills, intervals or circuits, East Side Yoga & Fitness promises that no two classes will be the same, but every single one will challenge you.

    Hi! Once the class is posted you can sign up through the East Side Yoga & Fitness website http://www.east-sideyogaandfitness.com/ which will bring you to Mindbody.  The first class is May 4th, we will keep you posted on when sign ups are available!
