On your mark, get set, go! Compete in a triathlon right in your own back yard Southie! On Sunday, August 10th at 8:15 a.m. hundreds of triathletes will take to Boston Harbor and William Day Boulevard to compete in Urban Epic Boston Triathlon.??The swim takes place at Carson Beach and the bike and run are up and down William Day Boulevard and the Sugar Bowl path and ends back at Mother’s Rest at Carson Beach.
Here are the components:
- Swim 1/2 mile
- ?Bike 9 miles?
- Run 4 mile
