About Stephanie:
Stephanie is passionate about helping others rediscover their vibrancy through holistic health. As a college athlete, she understood the true importance of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. She works at BMC in social work giving integrated/coordinated care to severely disabled, homeless, and mentally ill. Stephanie is studying at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. She has studied both eastern and western medicine, and is a Reiki Practicioner as well. She believes that optimal health is achieved when we look at a person as a whole. She founded Wildly Nourished as a way to integrate the various modalities she has studied and ultimately a way to use her health coaching and own experience to counsel others, guiding them through process of reconnecting to their bodies and hearts.
