View from the Top

View Boston is set to officially open on June 15th as a three-story observatory, restaurant, cocktail bar, and virtual tour guide. It’s been over three years since Top of The Hub closed its doors on the 52nd floor of the Prudential Center. Top of the Hub was in business for over 50 years and served as an iconic destination for locals and Boston visitors alike. The new establishment, View Boston, takes the former experience to a whole new level.

It all begins as you emerge from the elevators and into an unrivaled 360-degree observatory experience. After taking in the stunning views from the observatory deck; guests can move through an array of interactive experiences providing further exploration of the city. 

Those who miss dining at great heights won’t want to miss the indoor/outdoor bar called “Stratus,” which will offer cocktails and small plates. For a complete dining experience, The Beacon, a bistro restaurant with family-friendly choices, will open on the 50th floor.

The total experience features both indoor and outdoor panoramic views of the city, an open air roof deck, two dining establishments, state-of-the-art immersive experiential exhibits, and more. View Boston will be open 10am. to 10pm. daily, and The Beacon restaurant is open 11am. to 9pm. and tickets are now on sale.

Ticket prices start at $34.99 for general admission and will include access to all three levels of the observatory. Other packages priced at $44.99 and $54.99 let visitors skip the lines and include credits that can be used on merchandise or restaurant purchases. 

The transformation from Top of the Hub to View Boston is unrivaled in the city of Boston and promises to provide a unique opportunity for locals and visitors to engage with the city in a whole new way.
