Things are looking spooky + festive on East Fourth Street

That’s the spirit!

The block of East Fourth Street between P and Farragut Road got in the Halloween Spirit with stoop decoration contest! Organized by neighbor Jennifer Jackson, with the help of Kelly Conroy, ten houses participated in the contest with three winners awarded!
