Boston Police Department

Southie streets packed with St. Pat’s revelers decked out in green.  Public drinking barely hidden in green solo cups.  Two parades in one day.  It’s not easy being a Boston police officer on St. Patrick’s Day Parade day in Southie but the men and women in blue went above and beyond to ensure a safe and fun day was had by all.  

Local resident Ben Cutler watched the parade with his wife, his in-laws, and his nephew, Charlie (seen in picture) at Thomas Park.  Ben reached out to us give the BPD a big Southie Shout-out and thank you for the orderly, fun and safe environment of the parade.
