We have some good news and bad news. Bad news first? Molly Moo’s on L Street will be closing its doors. But wait, Molly Moo’s will be opening at another location at Molly’s Beachside at Carson Beach. In addition to 60 flavors of ice cream, they’ll be serving up some burgers,hot dogs and snack shop favorites! They hope to be open by June.
There’s also Molly’s Farmhouse Coffee now open in Andrew Square! Enjoy their famous breakfast sandwiches, delicious coffee and ice cream!
I wanted Molly Moo’s on L street to work but it was just a tough idea to begin with (anchoring a business with ice cream takeout) and the shop just didn’t have a lot going on inside and nothing was made fresh in house and it was obvious they were trying too hard to sell coffees and sandwiches to stay alive.
