As we hunker down for the impending blizzard, Mayor Thomas M. Menino just launched the City of Boston’s SnowOps Viewer, an online portal depicting real time location of all active city and contractor plows during snow events.   So now you can stay cozy in your house, make yourself a hot toddy and cyber stalk the plows! 

In addition to plow locations, visitors can also see where calls for service have been made via the Mayor’s 24-hour Hotline.

The portal is available at cityofboston.gov/snow.
