Both Adult and Pediatric services will be offered. This free event takes place on Saturday, October 27th from 11am-2pm.

You can use your health report card as you travel to health care stations and receive a quick assessment of your overall health. If you like, you can meet with a provider at the end of your visit to plan out a road map to better health.
