In this very stressful and uncertain time of COVID-19, Gate of Heaven Church as been playing “God Bless America” each day at 12pm. St. Brigid also plays it at 3:10pm and 6:10pm.
The bells of St. Brigid and Gate of Heaven will also ring every day at 3pm for all those who are on the front lines as we battle COVID-19 – the bells ring for the doctors, nurses, our first responders.
So while you’re staying at home, open your windows and listen.
The sound of the music carries, so hopefully if you’re quiet enough, you’ll be able to hear it! Take a moment to count your blessings.
