European Odyssey

Kait Couturier wants to travel the world and fill her head with knowledge.  Recently selected to be a People to People Student Ambassador, Kait has the opportunity to travel on a 19-day educational excursion that will take her to France, Italy and Greece.  It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity but she needs help raising some funds – upwards to $7000, not including spending money.  Kait and her mom Keryn Hogan, both lifelong South Bostonians, are planning some fun-filled activities and events and are reaching out to their generous community for support.

History and culture are a big part of the People to People curriculum and there is no better way to learn but to experience it first hand.  Featured activities on the trip include : an ambassadorial welcome from a European official, a visit to the world famous Louvre Museum, a trip to the Forum and the Colosseum just like the ancient Romans. To say Kait is excited by this opportunity is an understatement.  So come on Southie!  Let’s support Kait and her big adventure!
