Thanksgiving morning

Run:
Lace up your sneakers and run with the L Street Running Club.  At 8am, meet at the M Street door of the Curley Recreation Center (aka the L).  The running club supplies, water, coffee and baked goods for post run.  It’s a fun tradition and a perfect opportunity to meet fellow running and possibly join the running club. 

Spin:
The BAC is offering a two-hour spin class with legendary instructor Alexis.   This calorie burning workout begins at 9:30am.  Sign-up is recommended as the class fills up quickly.  all 617-269-4300 to reserve a spot.  For more information go to www.bostonathleticclub.com

Stretch:
