These company buy up land and building and let self storage user pay the mortage for them. Once the property price hike they will start selling and that’s when the money come in for companies like HongKong Storage
It is insane to see some of these self storage investment deal, like public storage, they just paid a billion for 16 storage facility, that’s crazy money
