Local, creative marketing duo, Amanda Lewis and Reagan Byrne* of AGL&Co have teamed up to create a digital cookbook titled Isolate & Create: An Industry Cookbook featuring recipes from some of Boston’s best chefs, restaurants and bartenders. The cookbook is a tasty reminder of Boston’s restaurant industry that can be enjoyed at home while social distancing. Each cookbook costs $20.00 with 100% of the profits donated to the Massachusetts Restaurant Strong Fund to support local hourly restaurant employees who have lost their jobs due to the coronavirus pandemic. Featured Chefs include Pastry Chef, Christina Larson of Bar Mezzana and Black Lamb; Chef Jeremey Sewall of Row 34 and Island Creek Oyster Bar; Chef Tony Messina of UNI; Beverage Director, Ryan Lotz of Bar Mezzana and Shore Leave; Chef Paul Butler of Spoke Wine Bar; and Chef Suzi Maitland of Trina’s Starlite Lounge and The Paddle Inn. With recipes such as Homemade Oreo Cookies by Pastry Chef, Christina Larson. A spin off of a Spoke’s Red Lentil and Cabbage salad with Korean chili dressing by Chef Paul Butler. And an Udon Noodle Bowl with seasoned shrimp and shitake mushrooms by Chef Suzi Maitland.
