Play the game!

Start with an age-old rivalry, then throw in a football field and a worthy cause, and you’ve got Blondes vs. Brunettes (BvB), a flag football game played by 50 of the area’s most talented, driven and inspiring women in their 20’s and 30’s all fundraising for a common cause: to end Alzheimer’s disease.  The big game takes place on June 7th at BU.

More than 10 million Baby Boomers will develop Alzheimer’s in the coming years.  It is the 6th leading cause of death and a rising percentage of people are being diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s in their 30’s and 40’s.

Blondes, brunettes – or any hair color – can sign up, fundraise and practice for a chance to be on the official team. Leading up to game day, teams will participate in a series of events to fundraise, socialize and increase awareness for Alzheimer’s disease.
