Challenge at C2 Fitness (844 Summer Street)

Do you think you have what it takes to eat clean and healthy for seven days?  After the holidays and the snow days, our bodies our begging for a little TLC of nutrition and fitness.  What do you say?  Are you up for the challenge.  C2 Fitness is hosting a 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge with the help our favorite Holistic Health Coach, Stephanie Morrissey.  From January 6-13, 2014, Stephanie  will be guiding us via email through the C2 Pilates Clean Eating Challenge. Stephanie will be sharing recipes and grocery lists in advance, with easy-to-follow guidelines on how to eat clean (with a Paleo focus) throughout the whole week. Want to add some juice in the mix? Susan Cabana of Nourish Your Soul will also be supporting the C2 Pilates Clean Eating Challenge. With the launch of her South Boston location this week at 15 Channel Center Street, Susan is providing options for 1, 2 or 3 day juice cleanses.
