Sure, we’ve seen reports on trash, litter, and dog poop!  But how about dildos, gimp suits, and day screaming songs while drinking.  The 311 app was busy with activity on Saturday with reports ranging from legitimate cases like vandalism and broken street lights, to the more entertaining and even bizarre like below:
