Get your body moving on your lunch-break in this 45-min Gentle Yoga Class in the Abbey Room of the Boston Public Library Central Library in Copley Square. Participants will be led slowly and mindfully through a variety of yoga poses, helping work out the work-day kinks. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind.

Please bring your mat if you have one; some mats will be available for use during the class.
