You read that right. Tonight we’re lining up a flight of cheeses with a gorgeous flight of charcuterie (read: this class is not for the meatless eaters!). Why does the saltiness of cured meats bring out a whole new side to cheese? Why are we SO into weird wines with these pairings? Why is salt so darn good? All great questions… gotta come to find out.
