Celebrate PRIDE Month in Seaport with a powerful, community-centered workout led by Coach Michael James. This class brings together the three pillars of fitness—strength, cardio, and flexibility—in an interval-based, full-body workout designed to challenge limits and celebrate self-empowerment. Start with a grounding warm-up, move through a strength circuit, transition into a cardio push, and finish with a yoga-inspired cooldown.

The intention of this class is to celebrate self-expression, pride, and solidarity.
