Strength & Conditioning with Ana

This class is designed to help you connect with your body through conscious movement & breathing. The goal is for you to be able to unlock your inner power through mind-body connection. The class is a combination of functional movement, mobility exercises & basic resistance training. Expect some time to let go and relax at the end.
