Seaport Sweat: Mind over Mat(ter)

Mind Over Mat(ter) – This fun Vinyasa Flow is a fluid and active style of yoga, emphasized by the linking of breath and movement. All levels are welcome! Expect to experience a range of postures (standing, seated, inverted, prone and supine), sun salutations (surya namaskar), breath practices (pranayama) with a beautiful closing relaxation (savasana). And there will always be the option to get upside down!
