Boston’s biggest free workout series is back for the summer!  Equinox Saturday Sweats features a workout full of conditioning and restorative programming.  There will be 3 classes this summer with 3 different Boston instructors.  On June 11th, come kick off pride month with the Metcon3 class with Sam Burke and Chad Flahive.  This metabolic conditioning workout with be sure to give you optimal results.
