Geared toward students of all ages who enjoy gentle exercise, this class is a meditative practice through the physical body. Your YogaPro will guide you through a series of postures that work the spine in every plane of motion and stretch your larger muscle groups. Modified posture variations will be offered throughout, and the class will end laying on your mat in total stillness and relaxation. Your YogaPro will offer wisdom from yoga philosophy to inspire your journey. Please bring your own yoga mat; limited mats are available for borrowing. Registration is required.
