Bounce with Barre Groove builds on the most effective principles from traditional barre classes but adds low impact bouncing to give you a more balanced workout. This class is half barre and half bounce, approximately 25 minutes on the trampoline and 20 minutes of more traditional barre exercises. Expect a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that focuses on sculpting leaner, longer muscles from head to toe.
